The farm-stay business ‘Su Zeminariu’ was created as an expansion of the farm activities run by Pierpaolo Lilliu-Floris and his mother Maria (better known as ‘Zia Maria’ among guests at the farm-stay). They have always been working full-time at their farm, and now they manage the farm-stay as well. They are aided by temporary workers only when tourism gets more intensive. All foods prepared and cooked in Zia Maria’s kitchen are unquestionably produced at the farm. The farm-stay is located about 900 metres off the village, along the road to Belvì. A few rooms to stay overnight are also available at the farm (there are 6 rooms and 12 beds as a total). Guests can enjoy the utmost tranquillity and relaxation, while tasting genuine food, such as meats, cured products, cheese, sweets and the renowned wine of Mandrolisai. Everything is rigorously home-made.
Pranzi e cene preparate con i prodotti dell’azienda (malloreddus, culurgiones, tumballa, salumi e formaggi, carni di maiale, vitella, agnello e pollame allevati in azienda, vino, frutti e verdure dell’orto, dolci tradizionali come ciambelle, amaretti, panesaba, etc). Il pranzo tipico ha un costo alquanto sostenuto, mangiare da noi, i nostri prodotti genuini e di qualità costa dai 22 ai 25 euro a persona.
There are 12 beds, divided into 6 rooms. Three of them have got a private bathroom, while the other three make an independent flat. Hot water is available, as well as heating and a TV set. Relaxation is guaranteed at the farm-stay, sunk in the greenery of Atzara hills. Prices range from 25 euro per person, with a 50% discount granted to children below 6.
Bovine, ovine, swine and poultry meats. Production also includes fruits and vegetables, grapes and wine, cured meats, cheese and local sweets.
