The pastry shop ‘L’oasi Del Dolce’ is an individual firm located in Atzara, filed in the
Registrar of Artisan Companies at the Chamber of Commerce of Nuoro.
Producing artisan local sweets, it supplies a mainly local market and includes catering
services for ceremonies. Raw materials are all certified and guaranteed, either with regard to
their freshness and their quality.
Pastry-making is thoroughly controlled in order to obtain a safe, quality product. Moreover,
the wholesomeness and storage of foods are ensured by the use of refrigerating furniture and
appropriate shelves.
Hygienic measures are implemented through a H.A.C.C.P. self-control programme.
